Security at Fremantle Ports

   

As part of the Fremantle Ports ongoing security upgrade works in accordance with the requirements of Maritime Security Act, Fremantle Port has been progressively upgrading their security with a range of automatic entry gates, turnstiles and fencing works.

 

As part of the ports budgeted AUD$2 million dollars upgrade works Magnetic Automation installed and commissioned 6 x MPT Full Height Security Turnstiles.

In recent months we have supplied further equipment for their gate entry system. This project delivered the installation and commissioning of 2 x 6 metre Heras Delta Modular Cantilever Gates. The drive technology used was Magnetic’s MSL 20 motor drive. The choice was made based on the combined low maintenance and fast operating speeds.
